ABOUT ME
I hold a Ph.D. in biology and founded the agency ‘rf-projektagentur’ in 2003. Since 2008 I am working as an independent consultant in change and impact management. An important pillar of my work is the close collaboration with an international network of clients, colleagues, and experts from different fields, bringing together diverse perspectives to drive meaningful change.
MY PASSION
Change starts when diverse minds connect! In both the development sector and business, I aim to strengthen collaborative processes, generate knowledge in a participatory way, and ensure it is applied sustainably. Yet, successful collaboration and the ability to adapt and change isn’t just about facts – it’s about mindset: respect, openness, and valuing diverse perspectives. My goal: more spaces for genuine dialogue and trust for better cooperation, smarter decisions, and solutions that last.
MY SERVICES
I enjoy working with people to help them find changes for their own, their organizations’ and their programs’ benefit. Across sectors, I support profit and non-profits in strategy development, planning, monitoring and evaluation, research, and project management.
RECENT WORK: Together with Evelyn Funk I co-led an evaluation of CIAT’s ATDT project, which promotes inclusive digital tools for climate-informed agroecology. In a participatory approach using Outcome Harvesting, we assessed emerging results, engaged stakeholders, and informed future action (read the report).
